New(ish) song from the Red Hot Chili Peppers. This week, the band teased their song „Nerve Flip” which starting from today is available to stream around the world. The song was first released as a bonus track on the Japanese version of their most recent album, „Unlimited Love.”

Earlier this year, the band gave hints that after their most recent album came out, there would be more new music.

The guitarist John Frusciante told Kerrang that they had „recorded almost 50 new songs.” Anthony Kiedis, the lead singer, added, „We’re going to put out a lot of music at once… Don’t be surprised if you get another wheelbarrow full of songs soon. We can get people interested in a lot of things.”

RHCP will go on tour to promote „Unlimited Love” while fans wait for new music that is sure to be exciting. On June 4, they will begin their run of concert appearances in Spain. They’ll be back in the U.S. at the end of July for a series of shows in North America. At different tour stops, A$AP Rocky, Thundercat, HAIM, Beck, The Strokes, King Princess, and St. Vincent will be among the opening acts.
