Golf House is located at the center of Costa Esmeralda, 13 km north of the seaside resort of Pinamar. It is situated on the highest area of the neighborhood. The front and the back of the land plot are bound to a golf court.
This brilliant Golf House has three concrete boxes stacked atop one another. The bottom floor is opposite to houses guest bedrooms and baths. There are a kitchen, dining room and living room on the middle floor which is an open space.
The master bedroom is completely independent of the others being at the top of the Golf House to maximize the breathtaking views. It has its own bathroom and an open space that could be used both as a living room or a painting atelier.
This structure is really bright and full of light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows on the upper levels. The couple’s area is a calm shelter and it plays the leading role in the Golf House. Native vegetation all around the house is preserved.
