    How Kendall Jenner Manages Her Anxiety to get a good sleep

    Is there a regimen that Kendall Jenner unquestionably follows? A relaxing evening routine with a cup of tea.

    Kendall then goes on to explain that she has suffered from anxiety that made her an insomniac and never knew how this problem will get solved.

    It is as simple as a hot cuppa and a book by her side.

    “I have struggled with anxiety for years and it can have good and bad days. If I need to wind down, I really make a point to take 15 minutes to meditate to settle my anxiety so I can get a good night’s rest.” Kendall Jenner admitted.

    In 2018, the model spoke candidly about her battle with anxiety and how it affected her career. Kendall stated that she frequently becomes nervous over circumstances that are unrelated to her controversy.

    Her anxiety can be led from the simplest of thoughts whether it is about her day or future.

    In addition to appearing on television with her sisters, Kendall has also had a successful career as a runway and print model.

    She hopes everyone finds a peice of mindbefore bed because she sometimes felt like she was “dying” because of her anxiety.

    Finding a bedtime remedy alongside meditation and relaxation has really helped her out.
