A dog is really man’s best friend, and I definitely love this tail wiggling guy who has been chewing the life out of my sneakers when he was just a puppy. Pretty sure I’m not the only one who would go full John Wick mode for his or her puppy, so here’s a great idea on how to keep him sheltered.

Puphaus is designed and produced by PYRAMID studio, based in Atlanta. The construction really turns heads given its architectural beauty while also being strong and welcoming. Built using cement and cedar wood, Puphaus is supposed to withstand harsh conditions for years to come. According to the producer, given the materials used, no maintenance is necessary. However, if you want to delay the patina that will eventually get on the outside of Puphaus, make sure to keep away mud and wet leaves off the construction. It is strongly recommended to place Puphaus on a flat surface such as a patio or deck and away from zones prone to flooding. You do want your dog to stay dry, don’t you?

Just in case you are owning a Tibetan Mastiff or other big breed, Puphaus might not accommodate your dog properly. The shelter has been built to provide space for dogs up to 50lbs (22kg). If your dog is bigger than that, you should definitely look for alternatives. Puphaus can be folded easily in order to reduce shipment costs and can be re-assembled back together without any special tools. An extra set of hands will do the trick very well. Materials are left unfinished on purpose, so the end user can add wood stained or oil finishes to the cedar panels as well as concrete stain, in order to add Puphaus some uniqueness.
