Philippe Starck’s Juicy Salif juicer is probably the most neo-dynamic juicer there is. A word of advice: if asked about the juicer by curious guests, do use the word „neo-dynamic” in casual conversation. Fitting perfectly in your modern lifestyle, the Juicy Salif is aerodynamic (just in case you would want to throw it at someone), made out of aluminium and PA, and, surprisingly, actually capable of squeezing juice out of citrus. Fun story about its „birth”: the squeezer was sketched in its essentials by Starck during a holiday by the sea in Italy, on a pizzeria napkin.
